Richard Swatowski  brings over a decade of leadership experience in the nonprofit and social service sector to his role as CEO of Chicago Pathways Agency. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a passion for community-centered impact, Richard has dedicated his career to building stronger, more equitable support systems across Chicago. His strategic vision and commitment to collaboration drive the organization’s mission to connect resources, inspire service, and create lasting change in the city’s most underserved neighborhoods. 

Melody Chrisim serves as Chief Financial Officer of Chicago Pathways Agency, bringing over 13 years of experience in nonprofit financial management and a Master’s degree in Business Finance. With a strong background in social service organizations, Melody combines fiscal expertise with a deep understanding of mission-driven work. She is passionate about ensuring financial transparency, sustainability, and strategic growth to support the organization's long-term impact in Chicago communities. 

Monica Alvarez is the Executive Director of Chicago Pathways Agency, bringing over eight years of hands-on experience in the nonprofit social service field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and is deeply committed to community engagement, equity, and empowerment. Monica's leadership is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a strong belief in the power of local solutions to drive lasting change across Chicago’s neighborhoods.
